Graduation Plan

Here is a step by step guide in completing your Graduation Transition Plan. Follow the steps and you can also print a copy if you choose.

If you have any questions or comments, please fill in a comment in the space provided. Or you can visit me (Ms. Chun) in the Career Centre in room 319.

You only need a minimum of 30 hours of work experience to graduate.

Before everything else, getting ready is the secret of success.
